Being a leader is indisputably hard. The world is becoming more complex & change continues to be the norm & not the exception, so the need for being the best version of yourself as a leader at work & home is higher than ever before. Leading a team or organization requires effort, commitment and for you to put your best foot forward. Navigating change and ambiguity can be challenging. Celebrating your strengths and superpowers takes ego strength & courage. Working past your inner critics is an ongoing practice. These — and for many more reasons — are why leadership can be indisputably hard. With the right Coach, it doesn’t have to be like this.
