No stranger to career transitions herself having spent the last decade and 7 job titles leading operations and product development at various high-growth start-ups, Jess began her coaching practice after navigating her own job search while new to New York City at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic - interviewing 101 times in a few months' time. Even though she doubled her income in that search, she recognized how lonely and difficult finding a new role can be without strategy and support – especially for women – and decided to do something about it.
