I’m Dani Tan—a first-gen Asian-Latina with Puerto Rican, Filipino, and Chinese roots, here to help ambitious women, especially women of color, take charge of their careers and build a leadership path that’s true to who they are.
With 11 promotions in 11 years and five career pivots, I went from a sample coordinator to Vice President at a billion-dollar company, navigating roles in public relations, sales, merchandising, and e-commerce. Along the way, I built strategies that helped companies—from startups to global brands—drive growth. Now, as a full-time Leadership and Career Coach, I use everything I’ve learned to help clients rewrite the rules and build careers that fit their lives.
My own path wasn’t always easy—I was often the only woman, the only woman of color in the room, figuring out college and career with no roadmap. I know the challenges of stepping into spaces where you feel like you don’t belong and carving out a place for yourself anyway. That’s why I’m so passionate about this work.
