I'm Dani Tan, Founder and Leadership Coach of She Belongs Here.
I'm a first-generation Asian-Latina with Puerto Rican, Filipino, and Chinese roots, and a former VP of a +29B company who went from sample coordinator to executive, securing 11 promotions in 11 years.
Along the way, I built strategies that scaled companies, from startups to global brands, driving growth across public relations, sales, merchandising, and e-commerce.
What I learned is that hard work alone doesn't get you promoted.
Strategy does.
Knowing how to position your strengths at the right moment, to the right people, in the right way. That's what moves you forward.
That's why I built She Belongs Here: a leadership and culture organization working at three levels, with the women who belong in leadership, with the organizations responsible for opening the doors, and with the sponsors and advocates standing with them.
Because when we redefine leadership, we rebuild culture.
My coaching isn't cheerleading; it's a focused partnership built around strategy, data, and results.
