I’m Dani Tan, a first-gen Asian-Latina with Puerto Rican, Filipino, and Chinese roots, here to help ambitious women, especially women of color, take charge of their careers and build a leadership path that’s true to who they are.
With 11 promotions in 11 years and five career pivots, I went from a sample coordinator to Vice President at a billion-dollar company, navigating roles in public relations, sales, merchandising, and e-commerce. Along the way, I built strategies that helped companies, from startups to global brands, drive growth. Now, as a full-time Leadership and Career Coach, I use everything I’ve learned to help clients rewrite the rules and build careers that fit their lives.
My own path wasn’t always easy, I was often the only woman, the only woman of color in the room, figuring out college and career with no roadmap. I know the challenges of stepping into spaces where you feel like you don’t belong and carving out a place for yourself anyway. That’s why I’m so passionate about this work.
