I'm a career designer, coach, and speaker — helping women break free from systems not built for them, by designing a life and career on their own terms, with purpose and income. I have business and communications degrees from UC Berkeley and 2 decades of strategic sales leadership at high-growth companies. My coaching combines introspection (to understand what you want) with proven executive sales strategies (to get it). I'm a 2nd-gen Chinese-American, 1st-gen graduate/professional, and mom to two girls. Originally from Oakland, California, I found myself while living in New York City for 10 years, and now call Portland, Oregon, my home.
